This project began with a clear priority: staying put. A long-time Ralston resident living next door to her sister had no interest in leaving the neighborhood that held decades of memories. What she needed wasn’t a new home, but a home that finally worked for the way she lives now.

The addition was designed to support everyday ease and meaningful gatherings. We extended the kitchen to improve flow and functionality, added a drop zone and storage to create a seamless connection to a new garage, and designed a primary suite that offers comfort, privacy, and long-term livability. The result is a home that accommodates holiday hosting, visiting grandchildren, and daily routines, without compromising the familiarity and connection she valued most.
